Product Description
Siemens PLC Controlled Cold Rolling Mill
1. Its usage
The cold rolling mills covers the working width from 650mm until 1780mm, the max. rolling speed can be up to 1500m/min. The max. rolling force can be 2000T, and the max. coiling tesnion is 24 tons. The raw material can be carbon steel or alloy steel. It allows various profile adjustment ways such as positive /negative bending of working roll, bending and twitching of intermediate roll, depressin gfor deviation adjustment and colling roll step by step, and can be provided with double-station roll changing car,oil -gas lubrication system for roll bearing and automatic rolling line adjustment device. The electric drive system adopts Siemens S7-400 PLC as the main controller and AGC system is controlled by Siemens S7-416+FM458. Key elements, such as EMG automatic centering system , MOOG servo valve, SONY manetic scale, POLYTEC laser velocimeter and Dr-Brandt tensiometer, are imported products.
